The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the downtown library, 520 W. Superior St.
11 a.m. to noon in the Green Room: Tips on topics from nutrition to stress management to stretching techniques from the city of Duluth’s wellness coordinator, Angel Hohenstein.
Noon to 1 p.m. on the Library Plaza: First-come, first-served seating on the SunSpot bus for light therapy.
Noon to 2 p.m. in the Green and Gold rooms: Healthy snacks, chair massage (first-come, first-served) and other activities to de-stress.
Noon to 2 p.m. in the library: Use a step tracker while walking around the library, with a chance to win a gift card from Whole Foods Co-op.
